For those of you who don't know, we went to Portrait Innovations this year to have our holiday photo card picture taken, as well as some shots of Oscar. We knew we were in trouble as soon as we realized none of the photo package prices were listed anywhere in the studio--that
's how they get you.The other way they get you is by taking fabulous photos that you get to walk out with THAT VERY DAY and a CD with all the digital files of every photo taken--even the poses not purchased--as long as you buy one of their packages. We must have had "new parents" stamped on our foreheads because they easily talked us into buying one of the biggest photo packages. We couldn't help ourselves. The pictures are gorgeous and we're thrilled.
We ended up sending pics to the great-grandparents, grandparents and aunts/uncles. For those of you who didn't get copies, but want some, you can follow the link and order them through shutterfly, but you probably shouldn't try to enlarge past a 5 x7 size because the quality isn't as high as what we purchased in the studio.
